2a) in the toddler room several items were seen that could pose a choking hazard to children. 6/25/24 These items were removed by Cleo at the time of the inspection. 2c) a speaker with a cord was placed near the floor in the toddler room, accessible to children. 6/25/24 Cleo removed the speaker as soon as it was pointed out.
