Medication Management training has not been completed by Director Brandon Kvamme and Lead Teacher Tina Leonard. Medication authorization forms do not accompany medication. Controlled substance (Methylphenidate) was stored in an unlocked cabinet in the office. The office was accessible to children today because the main door was propped open.
