Observation

Individual Care Plans have not been created or reviewed for children with severe food allergies. The plans are not reviewed by providers prior to serving food to children. The program has Allergy paperwork similiar to an ICP that is signed by a health care provider. It is not reviewed annually either by providers who may serve food to children.
