(2)(c) A black child's backpack with large loose strings that can form a loop was accessible to children in the cubby. (2)(d) There were multiple plastic zip lock bags and grocery bags accessible to children in their cubbies. (3)(g) In room 5 there was flaking paint on the bathroom barndoor. The kitchen cabinets also had flaking/chipping shelving.
