Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the wood chip surfacing to measuring 3-inches under the play equipment and does not meet the CPSC guidelines of minimum 9-inch. (1) During onsite inspection, Licensor measured the outdoor shock absorbing wood chip surfacing under the outdoor play equipment at 3-inches, not meeting the CPSC minimum guidelines of 9-inches.
