Observation

2 month old observed sleeping in car seat during visit and was only removed from the car seat when licensor alerted the assistant Ayan of the safe sleep violation. Infant who slept in the car seat was dressed in a one piece garment with long pants and sleeves beneath a thick, fuzzy one piece garment also with long sleeves and long pants and a hood. The room was also observed to be very warm.
