Observation

-0165(2)(a): Tamper-resistant covers were observed in the TR plugs in Racoon classroom. The director removed the plugs and provided TA to the teachers, asking them not to use these covers. -0165(2)(c): Cords were accessible to children in several classrooms. The director covered some of the cords with shelving during the monitoring visit. -0165(5)(e): A power strip with several cords plugged in was observed in the Raccoon classroom, located in the corner and accessible to children. -0165(3)(c): A cracked toy with a sharp edge and pinch area along the crack was observed in the toy bin outside. The director removed and disposed of the cracked toy.
