Not all staff have records of Blood Borne Pathogens training completed. Not all staff have completed or have expired CPR First Aid Cards, staff records in Merit are not current to include one staff is a sub and has not worked for a year. That 3 staff have an expired FA CPR Card. Not all staff (3) have taken or have records available for Food Handler Training. Some staff have expired food handlers cards.
