Observation

1 Staff has not completed basic training, 30 hours basic training. Out of 5 staff files viewed, 4 did not have FH cards to view to include the Director and supporting staff. In merit, several staff are either noted expired for FH card. Not all staff are current for BBP training to meet annual requirement by L & I. Assistant Director was working alone in a Toddler class and has not had Basic 30 Hours Training. 4 staff have expired safe sleep training as verified in Merit. 4 out of five files viewed, only one had CPR, FA, BBP as obsered on their phone. All files viewed, were missing documents and training certificates for staff.
