Broken equipment observed stored assessible to children on top of the storage sheds, need to be repaired or removed or made inaccessible to children. Laundry room was not locked, open and accessible to children. Equipment on top of storage sheds, equipment in poor condition, need to be repaired, removed or made inaccessible to children. In toddler room, 1 outlet is not Tamper Resistant and is observed accessible to children posing a shock hazard to children.
