0215(3)(a)(i) One child's albuterol medication was observed to not have the prescription label nor a written medication authorization form. 0215(3)(c)(i) Medication in Preschool 1 was observed to be stored in an emergency backpack sitting on top of the cubbies; it was accessible to children if a child were to reach up and pull down the backpack. It was then moved into a locking closet during the visit.
