Assistant director described that classroom emergency backpacks with first aid kits are typically stored on the ground in the playground area while children play outside. They need to be stored such that they cannot be accessed by children. During the recheck visit on 4/26/24 a plan was made to store the backpacks in the separate bike enclosure until the permanent hooks can be installed on the playground.
