It was observed that staff person IK has not completed Child Care Basics within 3 months of hire, which include items (3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(9), as well as (8)(10). It was observed that staff person SK has not completed Child Care Basics within 3 months of hire, which include items (3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(9). It was observed that staff person MS has not completed required annual trainings for items (8) and (10) and staff person ED has not completed item (10).
