0165(2)(c): At the time of inspection, the child size fridge in East preschool room had cord unplugged which Correction done onsite.was 51 inch long capable of forming a loop and was accessible to children. 0165(2)(d): At the time of inspection, there was a plastic bag with one paper towel roll placed under the diaper changing table. The plastic bag was accessible to children, which is a safety concern due to the suffocation hazard. Correction done onsite.
