Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a dryer in the bathroom that was not equipped with a locking mechanism and posing a risk of entrapment. (3)(d) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a set of stairs on the outdoor deck not equipped with a pressure gate to keep inaccessible to infants and toddlers when not in use. (4)(f) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed two outlets next to the kitchen sink and one outlet at the handwashing sink in the bathroom not equipped with a GFCI outlet or blank plated. (5)(b)
