Observation

2)c) There were several cords behind the television in the living/play room that were accessible to children. There are cords accessible behind the furniture the television is sitting on, in the gap between the furniture and the wall. A child could reach the cords behind it. 5)d) A streaming device connected to the television was not plugged directly into a wall outlet or a surge protector as required. 5)f) There was an extension cord being used to plug in the streaming device. It was not being used for a brief, temporary purpose, it was used on an ongoing basis.
