WAC 110-300-0165(2)(b): Window blinds with pull cords on the window in the dining area and in the hallway leading to dining area from main room, both in lincensed space. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(f): Sliding glass door in the licensed space does not have any stickers or art work at child eye level to prevent child from walking into the door. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(a): Licensor observed indoor temp on the thermostat located in the living room at 64 degrees. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(c): Licensor observed an electrical cord with exposed wires (green, black, red, and yellow wires) next to the infant playpen, accessible.
