Observation

During the time of inspection, licensor observed one white container being usded for diaper disposal and regular trash. This container did not have a disposable plastic trash bag. Licensor gave TA to provider, there should be two separate containters, hands free for spoiled diapers and diapering supplies and the other for regualar trash. Both will need to be lined with a disposable plastic bag.
