Observation

At the time of the site visit there was a multipurpose Clorox cleaning product spray on the diaper changing table accessible to the children and the bathroom cabinet had mouth wash, toothpaste, and air freshener in it. The top of the medicine cabinet had Febreze spray, liquid air freshener, Lysol spray, shampoo, body lotion, germicidal giant spray, and poo pourri accessible to the children.
