2)b)c) There were 5 children in care today who were not signed in on the main attendance, per review of attendance records at the entrance to the facility. 3)a)c)d)e) The staff attendance records for each classroom were not complete. There were no staff attendance records available for the date of the inspection for the infant and preschool classrooms. The preschool classroom did have some older staff attendance records, though. The staff attendance records were incomplete in other classrooms. The records that are being recorded for staff attendance in each classroom do not reflect when staff leave for breaks and other staff come in to cover breaks. This makes it unclear whether staff are meeting staff-to-child ratios during breaks.
