1)a)b)c) In room 2, a child with an identified food allergy has written instructions on file from the child's health care provider but does not have written instructions from the parent (individual care plan). 1)a) In room 4, one individual care plan from the parent and health care provider is in need of update as the licensee reports there has been a change in the foods that must not be consumed by the child. 2) In room 4, one of the emergency medications for a child's food allergy was expired in November 2024.
