0165(4)(e): Water temperature taken onsite and it is at 121 degrees Fahrenheit. 0165(5)(e): Power strip being used for television does not have a surge protector. 0165(5)(f): The television cords does not reach the electrical wall outlet, the telvevision is connect to an extension cord thats does not have surge protector.
