Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit the Stars room had a couple of phone charging cords that were sitting loose on a lower shelf and a couple of loose cords in a drawer that was accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d)(e): At the time of the site visit the Stars room had garbage bags/plastic bags accessible in a cabinet below the sink and in another side cabinet next to the sink, which are accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(b): At the time of the site visit the Puppies room had an outlet opening in the wall next to the change table sink that did not have a GFCI outlet and only had a power surge wall outlet inserted. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(e): At the time of the site visit there was a a power strip in a classroom on a lower shelf which is accessible to the children.
