WAC 110-300-0269(2)(a)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the storage area that has the washing wachine, dryer, and cleaning supplies unlocked and is accessible to children. This licensor observed this closet is located in the pathway to the school-age bathroom. WAC 110-300-0260(5) During the onsite monitor visit this licenosr observed a Husky tool bench with four drawers full of tools in the hallway to the bathroom that was unlocked and accessible to children. This licensor also observed a vacuum out in the hallway by the school-age bathroom that was accessible to children.
