110-300-0165 (2)(c) Licensor observed a swing with long straps capable of forming a loop detached from the swing set laying over a small slide making it not inaccessible to children. Licensor observed chords from an inflatable slide in the outdoor play area not inaccessible to chidren. 110-300-0165 (2) (d) Licensor observed plastic bags inside kitchen pantry and kitchen drawers inaccessible to children.
