Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): Site had Lysol wipes and a large jug of hand sanitizer under the bathroom sink in the school age bathroom accessible to children. There was a container of carpet shampoo sitting on a lower shelf accessible to children next to a shampooer in the school age room. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was a vacuum cleaner and shampooer out in the school age room and accessible to children.
