At the time of the onsite monitor visit, three staff (EK, GQ, and PR) who were present or could e counted in ratio did not have a current first aid or CPR training documented in MERIT or available onsite for review. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, three staff (MF, MD, BP) (two who served food) did not have a current food workers card in MERIT or onsite for review.
