110-300-0165(2(c) Licensee has a cord to a refrigerator and to a radio on a table in the toddler room that can form a loop around a child neck. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has a large black plastic bag accessible it the outdoor play area accessible and one in the preschool room closet on this site visit. 110-300-0165(3) (g) Licensee has flaking paint on the cupboard doors in the toddler room and in the preschool room. 110-300-0165(4)(g) Licensee has a drop zone of 19 inches from the platform in the outdoor play area by the back classroom doors.
