Observation

(3a) - Licensor observed screws to be sticking out of play equipment on Toddler playground. (4c) - Licensor observed bare light bulb in upper preschool classroom. The bulb was not covered with a shatter resistant cover and the bulb was not a shatter resistant. (4)(f)(i)(ii) - Licensor observed there to be overgrown ivy and maple tree branches onto the exterior exit stairway causing an obstruction of a clear egress pathway off the 2nd story exit. (5)(b) - Licensor observed an outlet in the bathroom by the sink in the preschool single story building to not be the GFCI outlet type.
