Observation

Large objects were observed on top of the shelves in the bathrooma area that posed a tipping/falling hazard at the time of inspection. The floor tiles in the toddlers' classroom were observed to be in poor condition and posed a tripping hazard at the time of inspection. The water temperature in the preschool bathroom was measured at 124 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
