Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(5)(b): Outlets near sink in several classrooms are accessible to children, not tamper-resistant and, are not quipped with a ground fault circuit interrupter(GFCI). All outlets near sinks will need to be made inaccessible or made tamper-resistant with GFCI outlet type. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(a): Outlet in the School-age classroom is exposed and will need to be repaired to prevent electric hazard. Broken blank plate in the upstairs preschool classroom will need to be replaced. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): Nails/screws observed pulled out from wall and exposed in the toddler room. Will to be secured to prevent cuts/puncture wounds.
