Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in the preschool 1 room a bottle of quick shine hardwood cleaner that says keep out of reach of children on top of the cubbies on the right side of the entrance doors that was accessible to children. This licensor also observed in the preschool 2 room there was a bottle of bleach in the cabinet in the entry that was not locked and was accessible to children. The bleach bottle was moved and corrected during the monitor visit. WAC 110-300-0260(5) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a vacuum in the preschool 1 room that was out and accessible to children.
