0166(3)(a) The emergency door that leads to the outdoor area from the second family area was locked during today's visit. 0166(3)(c) The emergency door that leads to the outdoor area from the second family room was obstructed today. From the outside there were two school age size bikes in front of the locked door. From the inside there was a workout machine obstructing the emergency exit.
