1)a) There were hygiene products in the bathtub area, stored low enough that children would be able to reach them. At least one product was labeled 'keep out of reach of children'. 2)a)b), 5) The garage has a locking door, but the lock is on the inside where it is accessible to children. It could be unlocked by a child. There are janitorial supplies in the garage by applicant report. The garage is a storage area that must be inaccessible to children.
