Observation

3)a) There was a doorknob safety cover on the front door doorknob, which is an emergency exit. The door handle must be able to opened without any special knowledge, and a doorknob cover could interfere with children being able to safely exit in an emergency. Licensee removed the doorknob cover during the inspection. 4)c)ii) There is a stick in the window track in the licensed bedroom that prevents the window from opening. Licensee removed the stick during the inspection.
