0165 (2)(a) - There are a large amount of small ruberbands accessible to toddlers in the 1st bathroom in the 1st drawer under the sink that pose a choking risk to children. 0165 (2)(b) - In the second bathroom that is located within the bedroom, there is a window blind in the window that has cords stringing down that pose a strangulation hazard and are accessible to children. 0165 (3)(g) - The diaper mat in the 1st bathroom has tears in it and is not in good condition and is accessible to and used to diaper children. 0165 (5)(b) - In the second bathroom that is located within the bedroom, the electrical outlets next to the sinks are not GFCI
