0165(2)(c) - Hose in outdoor play area needs to be secured. Some cords for electrical devices are too loose and need to be secured better so they are not long enough to form a loop. 0165(3)(g) - Multiple walls in the center have patches of peeling paint. 0165(5)(g) - Licensor observed electrical fan plugged in near water source.
