Observation

2)d) There were a couple plastic grocery bags, being used to store extra books, on the floor in the closet in the play room. The closet was accessible to children. There was a gallon size ziploc bag of toys in on the floor in the closet in the nap room that was accessible to children. 3)a) There was broken plastic on the edges on one corner of one of the play pens that would be accessible to a child using the play pen. There was also a bolt added to the broken corner of the play pen that was protruding inward at the top of the corner. 3)a) One of the tricycles in the outdoor play area was missing the handlebar grips. The unprotected metal bar ends could cause injury to a child if the tricycle overturned while a child was riding. 5)b) One of the kitchen outlets that is above the counter level between the refrigerator and sink does not appear to be GFCI protected. It is accessible to some of the children enrolled and is not tamper resistant.
