2)c) There was a loose cord accessible to children that was long enough to form a loop and pose a hazard in the bedroom used for nap. It was to a white noise sound machine. This cord was coiled up to shorten it and zip-tied to keep it secured during the inspection today. 2)c) There was a loose lamp cord accessible to children in the living room today. It was long enough to form a loop and pose a hazard. 5)a) There is a swivel cover on the electrical outlet under the window in the bedroom used for nap. It gets stuck in the open position when the white noise machine is unplugged, so the outlet is accessible to children.
