Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licenosr observed the storage closet in the first small room in the hallway on the left from the main room had a air/heat box and was accessible to children. This licensor also observed a damprid box that was approximately 16x8 rectangle shape box that stated keep out of reach of children was on a lower shelf and accessible to chidlren on the right side of the closets. This licensor observed the provider move the Damprid box to a higher shelf that is not accessible to children.
