2c- There was a loose cord hanging by the front entrance door; there was string on the child-sized table; there was multiple power cords in the corner by the floor lamp accessible to children. 3f- the large cubby furniture was unstable and not secured to the wall. 5b- outlet in the bathroom by the sink is not tamper resistant
