Observation

Cords were hanging down in most of the rooms and were accessible to children. Garbage bags were accessible to children in kitchen and hallway. Knives were accessible to children. Fishtank had a cord hanging down, accessible to children and could be pulled down on to a child. Electrical cords were hanging from outlets.
