Plastic gloves are accessible at some diaper changing areas. Plastic bags are accessible to children in some bathrooms. Rusty panel accessible and visible above toilet in one bathroom. Some metal garbage cans have visible rust at bottom. Chipping paint was visible in several classrooms.Provider is not aware if outlets are TR type and they are not labelled externally as such.
