Observation

At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there were blinds in classrooms #230 and #233 that had blinds with a metal chain pull that formed a loop and was accessible to children in the classroom. ( At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there was a cord (approx. 36" long) to the air purifier by the window in classroom #233. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there was a fishbowl (Round 16" diameter), sitting on a 13" high wood box, that was positioned above a normal tamper resistant outlet and accessible to children. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there was a fishbowl (Round 16" diameter), sitting on a 13" high wood box, that had an electrical pump plugged into an outlet less than a foot away and accessible to children in the class.
