Observation

-0291(d)(e)(g) During nap time, all of the lights in the classroom were turned off and all the blinds were drawn, so it was very dark in the room. There was a white noise machine playing static loudly next to a crib where an infant was sleeping. The infant had a fleece blanket wrapped around their body and was sleeping on their tummy. Because of these factors, the child's skin color could not be observed and the breathing patterns could not be monitored. Blankets are not allowed inside a crib occupied by a resting or sleeping infant.
