2)c) There was a USB cord in an unlocked drawer at child level in the toddler/mixed-age classroom where children would be able to access it. 2)d) There were a few plastic bags accessible to children in the toddler/mixed-age classroom under the diapering table (partially full plastic diaper bags) and in an unsecured drawer (plastic storage bags for play materials).
