0105(1)- On-site director (Bruna, hired August 2024) has not completed departmetn provdied orientation. 0105(2)- Regionald director (Tim, hired June 2024) does not have a cleared background check. Background check is In Process as of 12/17/2024. 0105(3)- mutiple staff, including On-site and Regional/Program Directors (Bruna and Tim) do not have documentation of TB test or TB test results from within the past twelve months.
