Senior Program Director did not have documentation of DCYF Recognizing and Reporting Suspected Child Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Training, Emergency Prepardness Training, Children Experiencing Homelessness, Medication Management and BBP. Senior Program Director has an exemption from Basic/Initial STARS in which these classes are covered. There was no file on site to verify and confirm that there was current WAC compliance CPR/First Aid. Documentation was missing of subsections 4-9(a)(b)(i)(ii) Senior Program Director did not have documentation of Food Handler Permit on file. 1 staff did not have documentation of Basic/Initial STARS and was unsupervised with children.
