New staff member had not completed the PBC process. She had submitted her PBC but had not completed the fingerprints process. Her fingerprints are scheduled for 9/8/2021 according to director. The staff member was alone, unsupervised, in charge of a group of 13 children without a PBC clearance. Senior Program Director did not have a file on site to review and confirm documentation of TB test.
