-0165(2)(a): TR caps were observed on all outlets. - 0165(2)(c) -The cords observed in classrooms were located on a level accessible to children. - 0165(5)(d)- It was observed that the electrical cords for the computers were plugged into an extension cord, which in turn was plugged into another extension cord. - 0165(5)(e)(f) - It was observed that the surge protector/extention cords were located on a level accessible to children.
